Unauthenticated code execution via Cookie command injection

OS command injection in PHPGurukul Land Record System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a Cookie query value. The /landrecordsys/admin/dashboard.php endpoint incorporates the Cookie GET parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the web application's operating-system privileges.
