Reflected script execution via unescaped pagetitle parameter
Published Jan 10, 2025 · Updated Feb 11, 2025
Reflected XSS in PHPGurukul Land Record System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script via the pagetitle parameter. The /landrecordsys/admin/contactus.php endpoint returns attacker-controlled pagetitle content in its HTML response without neutralizing script markup. A crafted unauthenticated request reaches the endpoint; the demonstrated consequence is browser-side script execution in the response, not server-side code execution.
