Arbitrary file disclosure via unfiltered download path

Path traversal in Zrlog backup-sql-file plugin 3.0.31 allows remote attackers to download arbitrary readable server files. The downfile method in BackupController concatenates the unfiltered file request parameter with the backup directory, allowing ../ segments to escape it. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose files readable by the Zrlog process without modifying or interrupting the service.
