Server crash via constant-only grouping cleanup

Denial of service in OpenLink Virtuoso Open Source 7.2.11 allows remote attackers to crash the server via crafted SQL statements. A constant-only grouping plan reaches qi_inst_state_free during statement cleanup, where the engine crashes while freeing query-instance state. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated result is a process crash, with no data disclosure or modification.
