Denial of service in OpenLink Virtuoso Open Source 7.2.11 allows attackers to crash the database process with crafted SQL statements. The public report shows execution reaching itc_hash_compare during vector-row and index-page search before the crash, but it does not identify the invalid comparison or memory operation. The attacker must be able to submit SQL to the database; the demonstrated consequence is a server crash, not data disclosure or arbitrary code execution.
