Sensitive data disclosure via bypassable SQL field validation
Published Feb 7, 2025 · Updated Mar 22, 2025
SQL injection in JeecgBoot 3.7.2 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through the getTotalData endpoint. The endpoint validates requested fields before building its SQL query, but omitting a blocked function name bypasses the check and permits comma-separated field selection. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted POST request can retrieve sensitive columns including usernames, password values, and salts.
