Account takeover via unthrottled recovery-code guessing

Authentication bypass in MaysWind ezBookkeeping 0.7.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts through 2FA recovery codes. The 2FA recovery endpoint accepts repeated code guesses, while fresh primary-login tokens reset the short attempt window instead of enforcing account-wide throttling. Attackers need a valid username and password but no recovery code; success grants full account access, including email changes and 2FA disablement.
