Sensitive database disclosure via unprepared db query
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in Icegram Express 5.7.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through the db parameter. The contact database query in class-es-db-contacts.php incorporates the user-controlled value into an SQL statement without sufficient escaping or parameter preparation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is extraction of sensitive database information through time-based responses.
