Admin account creation via forged user request

CSRF in Users.php in SourceCodester Packers and Movers Management System 1.0 allows attackers to create unauthorized admin accounts. The endpoint accepts a cross-origin user-creation request without a per-request CSRF token and applies the authenticated administrator's authority. An authenticated administrator must visit an attacker-controlled page, after which the new administrator account permits privileged application access.
