Arbitrary file write in Qi-ANXIN Tianqing Endpoint Security Management System 10.0 allows local users to escalate privileges to SYSTEM. The quarantine restore function accepts an attacker-chosen destination and writes a trusted malicious DLL into a protected system directory. A low-privilege user must first cause the DLL to be quarantined, restore and trust it, and then trigger a Windows DLL hijack.
