Session-cookie disclosure via unsanitized SVG upload
Published Jan 24, 2025 · Updated Jan 26, 2026
Stored XSS in Innocommerce InnoShop 0.3.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script via a malicious SVG upload. UploadImageRequest.php accepts front-end SVG images without neutralizing embedded JavaScript, and the application serves the stored file. Any account can upload the file through profile editing, but a victim must open its link; the demonstrated consequence is browser-accessible cookie disclosure.
