Work-report modification via forged cross-site POST

Cross-site request forgery in 07FLYCMS 1.3.9 allows remote attackers to alter OA work reports through a crafted web page. The /oa/OaWorkReport/edit.html endpoint accepts a browser-submitted POST containing report fields without an origin-bound anti-CSRF value. A signed-in user must load and submit the attacker-controlled form; the request changes an existing work report strategies with that user's session privileges.
