Unauthenticated API access via unnormalized request paths

Authentication bypass in radar 1.0.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive API data without an access token. The AuthInterceptor.preHandle method tests an unnormalized request URI for both /services and /user/login, allowing ../ segments to match the login exception while resolving to protected service routes. Network access to the service is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized reading of API data, not proven code execution or service interruption.
