Intranet request forgery via crafted Excel document
Published May 14, 2025 · Updated May 15, 2025
XXE in WPS Office before 19302 allows context-dependent attackers to send requests into a victim's intranet via a crafted Excel document. The published proof description says opening the document initiates the request, but it does not identify the XML parser or unsafe external-entity operation. A victim must open the attacker-supplied document; the documented consequence is access from the victim's network to otherwise isolated intranet systems.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
