Service interruption via prototype pollution in lib.merge

Prototype pollution in cli-util 1.1.27 allows remote attackers to interrupt service by passing a crafted object to lib.merge. The filter callback at lib/merge.js:44 permits a proto property to reach recursive merge handling, which writes the supplied property into Object.prototype. The consuming application must pass attacker-controlled object data to lib.merge; successful pollution can crash or halt that application process.
