CVE-2024-57062Public exploit

Unauthorized account access via post-uninstall session persistence

Published Mar 13, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026

Session persistence in SoundCloud for iOS 7.65.2 allows physically proximate attackers to access a victim's account after reinstalling the app. The app leaves session data available after uninstallation, so a fresh installation restores the prior authenticated session without credentials. Physical access to an unlocked device is required; the restored session exposes private account data and account capabilities.
