Administrator-level command execution via unsanitized eMinute

OS command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R firmware 9.1.0cu.2350_B20230313 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The setWiFiScheduleCfg handler passes the attacker-controlled eMinute value from /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. An administrator-level session on an adjacent network is required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary commands with the router service's privileges.
