Command execution via unsanitized Wi-Fi schedule value
Published Jan 15, 2025 · Updated Jan 21, 2025
OS command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R 9.1.0cu.2350_B20230313 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The setWiFiScheduleCfg handler passes the attacker-controlled week parameter into an OS command without neutralizing command syntax. Reachability requires adjacent-network access and high privileges; injected commands can read or modify router data or interrupt service.
