Unauthenticated complaint deletion via unchecked record identifier

Improper access control in CodeAstro Complaint Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete complaints through an admin endpoint. /admin/m_delete.php accepts a caller-controlled id parameter and deletes the corresponding complaint without verifying a session or authorization. No account or privileges are required, and repeated requests can remove multiple stored complaint records.
