Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted SOAP file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Huang Yaoshi Pharmaceutical Management Software 16.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code. The UploadFile SOAP operation at /XSDService.asmx accepts an attacker-supplied .asp fileName and base64 buffer, then writes the executable file under /Upload2015/ without rejecting the dangerous extension. No authentication or user interaction is required, and requesting the uploaded ASP file executes attacker-controlled server-side code with the service's privileges.
