Process crash via color-conversion out-of-bounds read

A heap buffer overflow in OpenJPEG on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 allows local users to crash opj_decompress with a crafted JPEG 2000 image. In sycc422_to_rgb in bin/common/color.c, a 4:2:2 color-conversion loop reads past its heap allocation when the luma width is one greater than twice either chroma width. Triggering the fault requires running the utility with reduction level 2 on the malformed image; the demonstrated consequence is a deterministic process abort, while the source record also identifies undefined behavior.
