Local service interruption via malformed PCIe nodes

Improper device-tree configuration in Linux allows local users to interrupt service on Loongson64 LS7A systems during boot. The ls7a-pch.dtsi PCIe port nodes retain interrupt-controller properties on the parent while omitting required address and size cells from child bridge nodes. Service interruption requires panic-on-warning behavior; otherwise the reported consequence is a boot-time kernel warning.
