Local privilege escalation via host-router array overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel 6.11 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an AMD GPU atomic display commit. In dcn35_notify_host_router_bw, an unchecked hr_index updates the two-element host_router_bw_kbps stack array outside its bounds. A low-privileged user with /dev/dri/card0 access on affected DCN 3.5.1 hardware can disclose kernel memory, hijack control flow, or crash the system.
