Local service interruption via cgroup depth assertion

Reachable assertion in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt service via an excessive cgroup hierarchy. The nft_socket_cgroup_subtree_level() path invokes WARN_ON_ONCE when the current cgroup root level exceeds 255 instead of returning ERANGE without a warning. Reaching the path requires local low-privileged access and a deep cgroup hierarchy; the result is a kernel warning and a host panic when panic-on-warning behavior is enabled.
