Kernel crash via lost display-plane refcount

Double-free flaw in Linux 4.15 through 6.12.3 allows local users to crash the kernel through AMD display plane state changes. The backup-and-restore logic in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/core/dc.c fails to preserve and reapply the current plane refcount, producing leaks, double frees, or invalid memory access when the count changes. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an AMD display path that exercises a refcount change between backup and restore; successful triggering can corrupt kernel memory or interrupt service.
