Local denial of service via uninitialized I2C buffer

Use of an uninitialized resource in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through a failing DVB I2C transfer. The dib3000_read_reg function passes a two-byte stack buffer to i2c_transfer and consumes undefined bytes when that read fails. Reachability requires the dib3000mb DVB frontend path and low-privileged local access; the reported consequence is limited to availability.
