Kernel crash via unavailable per-CPU state read

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.10 through 6.12.7 allows local users to trigger a kernel page fault through a BPF helper. The verifier's do_misc_fixups path in kernel/bpf/verifier.c inlines bpf_get_smp_processor_id() by dereferencing pcpu_hot.cpu_number when CONFIG_SMP is disabled and pcpu_hot is unavailable. Triggering requires an x86-64 uniprocessor kernel and the ability to run a BPF program that calls the helper; the supervisor-mode page fault crashes the kernel.
