Host interruption via oversized tracing CPU mask

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to trigger a warning through the tracing_cpumask file. tracing_cpumask_write passes a user-controlled byte count to bitmap_parse_user without first rejecting zero or values above KMALLOC_MAX_SIZE. The write requires root or tracing-group membership and can interrupt the host when kernel warning handling terminates execution.
