Service interruption via sleeping inside RCU section

Improper locking in Linux kernel 6.12 allows local users to interrupt service by closing files through NFS local I/O. The nfs_to_nfsd_file_put_local path holds an RCU read-side critical section while nfsd_file_put_local can close a file and sleep during XFS commit processing. Low-privileged local access and the NFS local-I/O path are required; the invalid context switch can interrupt kernel availability.
