Local denial of service via leaked migration pages

A memory leak in Linux kernel vfio/mlx5 5.18 through 6.11.10 and 6.12 through 6.12.1 allows local users to consume unreclaimed memory. In mlx5vf_add_migration_pages(), pages allocated in the current batch are not freed when adding that batch to the scatter-gather table fails. Reaching the flaw requires low-privileged local access to the mlx5 VF migration path, and repeated failures can interrupt service by depleting memory.
