Local crash via unchecked allocation failure

A NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.12 allows local users to crash the system when memory exhaustion occurs during USB 9P gadget setup. The usb9pfs_alloc_instance() path in net/9p/trans_usbg.c tests kzalloc() with IS_ERR(), so a NULL allocation is accepted and stored as the device pointer. Reachability requires local low-privilege access, the USB gadget 9P transport, and memory exhaustion; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
