Kernel crash via unchecked mailbox error pointer

Improper error handling in the OcteonTX2 NIC driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel through DCB configuration. The otx2_config_priority_flow_ctrl function dereferences the result of otx2_mbox_get_rsp without checking whether it is an error pointer. Reachability requires Marvell OcteonTX2 hardware, an active driver path, and a mailbox-response error; the invalid dereference interrupts the host.
