Remote kernel crash via link-group use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux kernel SMC networking allows remote attackers to crash affected systems by racing SMC-R link-group teardown. The smc_link_down_work worker can run after its smc_link_group has been freed because queued link-down work lacks a retained group reference, leading to stale list and lock access. Reaching the race requires an SMC listener using SMC-R over TCP and RoCE, where unauthenticated peer messages can schedule link-down work and free the group.
