Kernel crash via repeated ionic workqueue destruction

Improper workqueue teardown in the Linux kernel 6.11 through 6.12.6 allows local users to crash the kernel during ionic AER recovery. When ionic_reset_prepare() invokes ionic_dev_teardown() twice across firmware-error handling, the second pass sends a stale private-workqueue pointer to destroy_workqueue(). Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access and an AER sequence that repeats device teardown; the resulting kernel failure interrupts host operation.
