Insecure deserialization in Trellix IPS Manager before 11.1.x allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. Affected workflows deserialize attacker-controlled data and permit object injection, but Trellix has not publicly identified the workflows or code locus. Network access to a vulnerable Manager is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants code execution and access to the management system.
