Kernel crash via unchecked AtomISP memory allocation

Reachable assertion in the AtomISP driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel after rgby_data allocation failure. ia_css_3a_statistics_allocate() stores an unchecked kvmalloc() result, and ia_css_s3a_hmem_decode() later asserts that rgby_data is nonnull. Exploitation requires the AtomISP driver and an allocation failure under memory pressure; the bounded consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
