Kernel state corruption via double slot removal

Improper cleanup in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.11.10 and 6.12 through 6.12.1 duplicates an s390 zPCI hotplug-slot removal. zpci_release_device() accepts configured or standby devices and calls zpci_exit_slot() even though standby teardown has already removed the slot. The path requires release in a non-reserved state that subsystem reference handling should prevent, and the published record establishes no attacker-controlled trigger or demonstrated impact beyond erroneous slot teardown.
