System crash via unchecked AMD GPU allocation

NULL pointer dereference in AMD GPU discovery in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash systems through memory-allocation failure. The amdgpu_discovery_get_nps_info function allocates mem_ranges without overflow protection or a failure check, then dereferences a null result and updates outputs before returning an error. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and execution of the AMD GPU discovery path; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the system.
