Remote system deadlock via recursive BPF lock

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows remote attackers to deadlock the operating system via TCP data. In net/core/skmsg.c, an SK_PASS verdict without a redirect peer enqueues data back to the same socket and reacquires sk_callback_lock while it is write-locked. A host must run a sockmap/sk_skb-accelerated proxy or load balancer, but an unauthenticated remote peer can then cause a deterministic full-system hang.
