Local system panic via propagated pcrypt EAGAIN

Denial of service in Linux kernel pcrypt allows local users to panic the system during CPU hotplug when panic_on_warn is enabled. When padata_do_parallel() returns -EBUSY, pcrypt_aead_encrypt() and pcrypt_aead_decrypt() propagate -EAGAIN to alg_test(), which emits a WARN rather than retrying the crypto operation directly. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a CPU online or offline transition, use of pcrypt AEAD operations, and panic_on_warn=1; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic and system interruption.
