Kernel crash via missing parent MSI domain

NULL pointer dereference in the RISC-V APLIC interrupt controller in Linux 6.10 through 6.12.1 allows local users to crash the kernel. When APLIC probes before IMSIC, its probe path passes a missing parent MSI domain to msi_create_device_irq_domain(), which dereferences it. The issue requires a RISC-V system using APLIC and IMSIC with the affected probe order; exploitation interrupts service without reported data disclosure or modification.
