Local system hang via disabled IPU6 interrupt

Improper interrupt handling in Linux kernel 6.10 through 6.12.1 allows local users to hang the system through a shared IPU6 IRQ. The IPU6 ISR reads 0xffffffff from ISR_STATUS while the device is runtime-disabled, then dispatches every interrupt case without the required device state. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, affected Intel IPU6 hardware, a shared IRQ, and a disabled IPU6 device; triggering the condition stalls the host.
