Kernel crash via premature transmit-queue reset

Resource-lifecycle error in Linux 6.11 allows local users to crash the kernel by cycling a virtio-net interface under heavy transmit load. In virtnet_enable_queue_pair(), netdev_tx_reset_queue() resets BQL before delayed TX completions from a prior close are consumed by the next NAPI poll. Triggering the crash requires local interface control, repeated close/open cycles, and heavy transmit traffic; the bounded impact is a kernel crash.
