Kernel panic via incorrect PMD destructor call

Denial of service in Linux 6.11 on RV64 allows local users to crash the kernel by tearing down a vmemmap page table. In remove_pgd_mapping, vmemmap teardown unconditionally calls the PMD destructor even though vmemmap_set_pmd created the table without the matching constructor. Local access and an RV64 kernel built with SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP are required; successful triggering causes a kernel panic.
