Kernel crash via stale VT-d cache tags

Use-after-free in Linux 6.10 through 6.12.5 and 6.13-rc1 through 6.13-rc2 allows local users with VFIO access to crash the kernel. The Intel VT-d teardown path disables ATS before cache_tag_unassign_domain removes CACHE_TAG_DEVTLB entries, leaving a freed domain reachable during a later TLB flush. Triggering requires an ATS-capable Intel IOMMU configuration and multiple VFs from different PFs assigned to one process through vfio-pci.
