Kernel crash via unallocated nested-domain qi_batch

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.12 allows local users to crash the kernel when mapping pages to a nested Intel VT-d parent domain. The nested-parent assignment path skips qi_batch allocation, so cache_tag_flush_range_np dereferences a NULL batch pointer during IOMMU page mapping. Low-privileged local access to the iommufd mapping ioctl and a nested Intel VT-d parent domain are required; triggering the flaw produces a kernel oops and service interruption.
