Local kernel crash via unchecked i915 context

NULL pointer dereference in the i915 error-capture path of affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system during GPU hang handling. capture_engine logs ce->guc_id.id for an unstarted request without first checking whether the intel_context pointer returned in ce is NULL. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and the affected i915 GPU error-capture state; the documented consequence is limited to service interruption.
