Kernel memory disclosure and corruption via link-ID validation

An off-by-one error in Linux kernel nl80211 allows local users to disclose or corrupt kernel memory via a crafted MLO link ID. The NL80211_ATTR_MLO_LINK_ID policy accepts IEEE80211_MLD_MAX_NUM_LINKS because netlink range validation is inclusive, then mac80211 indexes link arrays beyond their valid last element. Reaching the flaw requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the network namespace, obtainable through an unprivileged user namespace, and the resulting wild access can leak memory or panic the kernel.
