Service interrupt via unsafe Bluetooth RCU iteration

An RCU lifetime error in the Linux kernel Bluetooth subsystem allows local users to cause a service interrupt on affected systems. The hci_le_create_big_complete_evt function releases and reacquires the RCU read lock while retaining connection pointers obtained during list traversal. Low-privileged local access and execution of the affected Bluetooth ISO connection path are required, and the published impact is limited to availability.
