Kernel crash via uncanceled UFS RTC work

NULL pointer dereference in the UFS core of Linux 6.8 allows local users to crash the kernel during controller removal. The ufshcd_remove() path tears down UFS host-controller state without synchronously canceling hba->ufs_rtc_update_work, so ufshcd_rtc_work later accesses unavailable internal structures. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and UFS controller removal while delayed RTC work remains queued; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
